Shamsudeen joined GTT in 2020 and manages the company’s trading risk portfolio.

He is a 1st class graduate of Telecommunications with a background in engineering and a Masters degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Heriot Watt University, Dubai.

Shamsudeen started his career with Matrix Energy Group in Africa, where he was trained in the areas of Trade operations, Terminal operations, and Shipping.

Shamsudeen initially joined GTT in the role of Trade Operations Executive and handling the company’s day-to-day vessel and cargo operations. He has a proven track record accross multiple roles in Crude, Refined Products and LPG operations gaining invaluable experience and on the job exposure which have prepared him for the current assignment.

A manager certified by the International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute (IPSCMI) with prior knowledge in the area of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and with active participation in several professional Trading & operation courses.
