Arshad Ali has joined the company in the position of Head of Internal Compliance & Audit and will review, oversee, and preserve the company’s internal procedures, compliance and audit.

Arshad is a qualified and adept finance professional with over 16 years of robust experience and background in Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Audit.

Arshad was educated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM), before he completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA Finance) at the Higher Education Commission in Pakistan. He is a qualified Forensic Accountant at IFAP Pakistan and a Chartered Accountant with ICAP Pakistan.

Arshad has built his experience over the years and started working for Deloitte in 2007, before moving into the banking industry as Audit Team Lead at the First Micro Finance Bank Limited. He eventually progressed into the private sector where he held Financial Controller roles with companies specialising in the Marine, Shipping, Power, Logistics and Asset management sectors.

He is proficient in identifying financial risks and procedural discrepancies in local, national, and international business settings, showing a strong understanding and knowledge of regional and global compliance standards.
